Be aware that this table top is not granite. I am using this in accommodations and serves the reason. The table is very sturdy. The chairs are good. They are doing hold my husband’s weight of 205 lbs., easily. I don’t understand how considerably more I'd chance to them though. There were to wrinkle flaws on two of these chairs as seen in the pictures. For the purchase price, though, and the purpose I want it for....I am pleased for the purchase price.

This table is great for the purchase price and perfect in a little space. My only complaint is individuals who left many reviews about how difficult it was to put together and exactly how hard it was to interpret the instructions. The simplicity in assembling this piece was shocking after reading such reviews and it honestly makes me fear for the human race. Learn to use your hands for something apart from texting.

Very heavy and sturdy. Simple assembly, just had to add the legs. Deeply in love with this table! Definitely an off white cream color. Not bright white, very cream colored in comparison with white trim which is sherwin Williams pure white. The very best is very textured with deep grooves, not a smooth surface. Table pulls apart quickly to set up the leaf. Very smooth gear system. Plan on having this table quite a while and changing chairs/placemats when my taste changes!

The set is ideal. We needed a dining set that could fit in a tiny space inside our kitchen which set worked flawlessly in the area we have.
